Tasting Experiences
Rosé, White and Sparkling Wines
Starting with our award-winning sparkling wine, learn about the different micro climates at our Franz Valley vineyard, which grow amazing terrior driven varietals. The Viognier is grown at the bottom of the hillside, down by the creek, where the temperature is the coolest. The Chardonnay is grown up by the knoll, where it receives morning sun, and the Syrah for the Rosé is grown mid hillside, where it flourishes in the afternoon sun.

Wine and Cheese Pairing
