Tasting Notes

Pale golden color. Aromas of coconut custard, apple pie, and mild honeycomb with a supple, dry-yet-fruity medium-to-full body and a heavy, oak-driven, baked apple, pineapple and pecan finish. Rather chardonnay-like.

Vineyard Designation

Betsy's Vineyard

Winemaker Notes

The nose is nuanced, bright yet elegant with an array of spice, honey, orange blossom, kiwi and apricot. The mouth is well balanced with a round body and a hint of sweet vanilla oak. The finish is crisp and cleansing finish.
